Building Family Leaders
Family LEadership TrainingIndiana families have access to a web-based training which will help them build knowledge and skills in the area of family leadership. The Family Leadership Training Modules give families access to the tools they need to be empowered to lead, advocate and engage as partners in the systems that serve their children.
The Family Leadership Training Modules are online at I-LEAD (Indiana Licensing and Education Depot: https://secure.in.gov/apps/fssa/childcare/portal/home. Module 1: Defining Parent Leadership Module 2: Critical Elements of Collaboration Module 3: Building Blocks of Effective Meetings Module 4: A Framework for Advocacy *There is no cost for families to use the system. However, you must first register as a parent. Search ‘Family Leadership’ courses after registering. |
Family Mentor NetworkThere are many gifts that are not monetary in nature. We welcome volunteers for events.
