Kelly feels passionate about advocating for children with disabilities and understands that when a child has additional needs, the family does as well. Kelly is honored to serve families and help connect them with the services, support, and care that they need to achieve the best possible outcomes for their children. Kelly has shared experience in managing all aspects of chronic disease, anaphylactic food allergies, first steps, learning disabilities, mental health systems of support, special education, and transition to adulthood. Kelly received her bachelor’s degrees in both communication and political science from Franklin College, and her master’s degree in public administration from Indiana State University.
