Tina FrayerIndiana Disability Rights
Tina Frayer is the Investigations Coordinator at Indiana Disability Rights. Tina has been with Indiana Disability Rights for 19 years. During that time, she has worked on many of the grants advocating for all disabilities. Tina has served as a conference speaker locally and national and was the 2014 and 2023 recipient of the Terry Whitman Distinguished Peer Award: an award given to an IDR employee for their work in the field of advocacy. Tina and her team recently won the Governor’s Outstanding Public Service Achievement Award for the work in private secure facilities and on the Know Your Rights coloring book. Tina is also a 2016 graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy. Tina and her team recently completed a project to monitor all private secure facilities in Indiana and created the Know Your Rights coloring book, a resource for youth in residential treatment.
