Michelle Bickel, Resource Specialist
Michelle joined INF2F in April 2018 as a Parent Liaison. Her interest in serving families of children with special needs began after her daughter was born with significant medical needs. She had great support along the way and had a desire to help other families. Michelle has five children, 3 of which have benefitted from supports and services. Through her experience with her children, she has developed an understanding of the First Steps program, the Medicaid Waiver program, different behavior supports available, and Special Education services in the school.
Before joining INF2F, she was a Family Support Specialist in the NICU and also has experience as an Elementary/Special Education Teacher. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Special Education.
