Carrie Le Training and Communication Coordinator
Carrie assists with the planning and execution of our annual Heart to Heart Conference and in managing our social media platforms. Carrie is driven by giving back to others and feels her own family has benefitted from support while navigating their own journey as a family raising children with additional healthcare needs. Carrie has experience in navigating the Family Support and Health and Wellness Medicaid waivers, obtaining durable medical equipment and additional medical supplies which can often be a challenging process for families. Carrie is eager to share her knowledge and firsthand experiences in helping other families and professionals learn how to find success for themselves.
